Patients Cancellation Policy

We value your time — and ours

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be offered to another patient who may need care.

Notice we ask for

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to someone else and find a time that works better for you.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than the requested notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen, and we consider individual circumstances.

Appointment confirmations

As a courtesy, we send reminders by phone, text, or email. Please keep your contact information up to date and confirm when we reach out.

Rescheduling

To reschedule, please call the office where your appointment is booked, or use our online booking. We will do our best to find a convenient time.
