A full arch, firmly anchored All-on-X Implants

Replace most or all of your teeth on just 4–8 implants — a stable fixed or snap-in denture.

All-on-X implants in Encino

When most or all of your teeth are missing or failing, All-on-X implants can give you back a full, permanent set of teeth — anchored to just four to eight titanium implants that recreate a strong, natural foundation. This is about restoring your quality of life, not simply replacing teeth.

At our Encino office at 16661 Ventura Blvd, Suite 815 (91436), Dr. Philip Farzad uses All-on-X to rebuild an entire arch of teeth on a small number of precisely placed implants. Rather than resting on the gums like a traditional denture, your new teeth are secured to titanium posts anchored in the jawbone. That foundation is what makes the difference — it holds your smile firmly in place so you can speak, laugh and eat with confidence you may not have felt in years.

There are two ways to complete your new smile, and we'll help you choose based on your goals and lifestyle. A fixed denture stays permanently in place and is cared for much like natural teeth, giving the most seamless, never-comes-out feel. A snap-in denture clips securely onto the implants but can be removed for cleaning, offering excellent stability with a bit more flexibility. Both options are a world apart from loose, slipping traditional dentures.

Because the implants integrate with your jawbone, All-on-X does more than restore your smile — it helps preserve the bone that keeps your facial structure looking full and youthful. Every case begins with careful planning: we assess your oral health, bone density and bite, then use digital scans and simulations to map out exactly where each implant should go. In many cases, we can place a set of temporary teeth the same day, so you're never left without a smile.

We care for patients across Encino, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana and the greater San Fernando Valley, and our Palmdale office serves the Antelope Valley with the same attentive care. If years of dental problems have left you tired of hiding your smile, struggling to eat the foods you enjoy, or dealing with dentures that never quite fit, All-on-X can be genuinely life-changing. Dr. Farzad will take the time to understand your goals, answer every question, and design a treatment that restores not just your teeth but your comfort and confidence. New patients are always welcome at both locations, we accept most PPO insurance, and CareCredit financing is available to make full-mouth restoration achievable.

Good questions All-on-X FAQs

How much do All-on-X implants cost, and can I finance them?
Full-arch treatment is a significant investment, but it replaces an entire set of teeth on a durable foundation that's built to last. We offer CareCredit financing at both our Encino and Palmdale offices to break the cost into manageable monthly payments. We'll also check your PPO benefits, since many plans contribute toward part of the treatment.
Is All-on-X surgery painful?
The procedure is performed with anesthetic and sedation options, so you'll be comfortable throughout. Most patients report far less discomfort afterward than they expected, with mild soreness for a few days that's easily managed. Our Encino team will give you clear aftercare instructions to keep recovery smooth.
Will I leave without teeth while I heal?
In most cases, no. Thanks to careful digital planning, we can often place a set of temporary teeth the same day as your implant surgery, so you're never without a smile. Your permanent fixed or snap-in denture is attached once the implants have fully integrated with the bone.
Am I a candidate if I've worn dentures for years?
Very often, yes. Even patients who've lost significant bone can frequently be treated, sometimes with grafting or by angling the implants to use available bone. Dr. Farzad will review your imaging and bite at your consultation and tell you honestly whether All-on-X is the right path for you.
How do I care for my new teeth?
A fixed denture is brushed and cleaned much like natural teeth, while a snap-in denture is removed for daily cleaning. Either way, routine checkups let us keep the implants and gum tissue healthy for the long term. With good care, All-on-X restorations can last many years.
