Insurance, financing & payment

We want quality care to be easy to access. We accept most PPO and fee-for-service plans and file your claims for you. We don’t participate in HMOs, but we’re happy to help you understand your benefits.

Prefer to spread out the cost? We offer CareCredit financing with low- and no-interest options, plus flexible in-house payment plans. We also accept Apple Pay, cash and all major cards.

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medications. Arriving a few minutes early to complete paperwork helps too.

Yes — we treat patients of every age and love helping kids build healthy habits early.
