Do you take my PPO insurance?

Yes. We accept all PPO dental plans at both our Encino and Palmdale offices, so you can keep the plan you have and still see Dr. Farzad. We'll run a complimentary benefits check to confirm exactly what your plan covers.

Do you accept HMO plans?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not accept HMO (DMO) dental plans at this time. If you have a PPO plan, however, you're all set — and we're glad to help you understand your options if you're unsure which type of plan you have.

Do you accept Denti-Cal?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we proudly accept Denti-Cal. We believe quality dental care should be accessible, and our Encino and Palmdale teams are happy to verify your Denti-Cal coverage before your appointment.

What if you're out-of-network for my plan?

Accepted Answer

That's usually not a problem. We're happy to file claims on your behalf and explain any difference in coverage. Many patients find their out-of-network PPO benefits still cover a meaningful portion of treatment, and financing can cover the rest.

How do I find out what my plan covers?

Just call our Encino or Palmdale office for a complimentary benefits check. We'll contact your insurer, review your deductible, coverage percentages and annual maximum in plain language, and explain what your plan covers so you know your costs before treatment begins — no surprises and no guesswork.
