Payment at time of service

Payment for services is due at the time treatment is provided, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will always review estimated costs with you before beginning treatment.

Accepted payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and offer secure online payment. We also accept HSA and FSA accounts for eligible services.

Insurance

As a courtesy, we will help you understand and file your dental insurance benefits. Please remember that any estimate of coverage is not a guarantee of payment. Your plan is a contract between you and your insurer, and you are responsible for any amounts not paid by your plan.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for co-payments, deductibles, and any services not covered by your plan. Balances not covered by insurance are due upon receipt of your statement.
